I feel that if there is a gem box in a village, that is unclaimed, should be fair game IF you can 3 star the village.

I feel that if there is a gem box in a village, that is unclaimed, should be fair game IF you can 3 star the village.
Horrible idea. High lvl players will all drop to bronze level just to farm gem boxes from new players.
.......Actually on second thought, I like this idea now. :)
