So now that the cc can hold resources why not be able to donate some?
It would have a different button so instead of request troops it would say request resources? Then you choose what resource lvl 1 could get 1,000 of the resource 2 could get 1,500 3 could get 2,000 ect. but each player can only donate 5,000 of a resource
Any form of resource sharing is 100% ruled out.
Sure lets donate resources. Then a TH10 basically could completely support a lower Town Hall and they wouldn't even have to play the game.
