I tried to buy gems but it ssid I was not logged into I google account. Funny since I was in the damn game playing. I logged in and my lvl 62 village was replaced with I lvl 2 village with my name. I have spent hundreds on this game and want it fixed. I opened a ticket days ago with no help. I am going to contact my bank ans report them and get a refund.
BTW this was after an update.

So you are going to report SC because YOU did not back up your game and lost your village? Good luck with that. Anyway, to recover it you will need to follow these stepsQuote:

Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
Press Report an Issue.
Press Other Problem.

Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:
If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!
It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!
Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!
If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.
You probably did not save your village into your google account.. You cant possibly claim a fradulant if the porocess wasnt,,you just didnt save it
That's sucks! Support can take some time due to backlog.
You shouldn't need to go through your bank to get a refund though. There is a sticky up top about purchasing issues which this link was taken from.

Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.
Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.
Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.
