Sortable list of available upgrades

I would like to be able to pull up a list of all available upgrades in my village (including research upgrades) and be able to sort the list by upgrade cost or build time. And it would be nice if there were a button next to each item where I can initiate the upgrade right from that screen.

So you can check whats the cheapest thing you can upgrade? I like it!
