I agree with sharonsym, you are more than ready for th9. Maxing everything is just an old advice that people has heard end they keep repeating it on and on without knowing what they are talking about.

people that debating and say you should max TH8 is:
- a TH6/TH7 (most of it)
- a really premie TH9 with lv.3 wizard towers and golden walls
- a maxed TH8 that find TH9 is more pain because upgrade cost is high, while having TH8 troops
people that support to go early is:
- people like OP that go early to TH9 and find out TH9 is more better than TH8.
we have much cheap upgrades left, and when the upgrade started to feel expensive we already have strong troops :cool:

Glad you made the right choice. You will only regret you waited so long really. Especially since you will have plenty of cheap upgrades for walls and new towers for when you dont have time to knock out the expensive ones before logging off. Get ready to focus entirely on elixir. When I hit th 9 awhile back it was probably 3 weeks straight of nearly all elixir upgrades and lots of BAM. Getting the lab, camps and drills first have been so helpful to my progress. The drills alone are 30 mil elixir.
Now that I'm done with the elxiir phase I'm focusing primarily on De with gold as second priority per unity sharps guide.
Max out everything, trust me. Once you get to th 9 there will be heaps of things you'll have to upgrade and if you already have your previous buildings to max level then you will have less things to worry about.
What is your gold grab if i may ask? (Just want to compare it to mine)
Just do it.
Do some walls and the archer towers then u will be good if u want to use hogs then upgrade them before th upgrade

Yeah I'm definitely not looking forward to all the elixir upgrades. I think I may max my pumps while I'm catching up my new buildings. I don't think getting the loot will be too hard. I definitely want to get the drills done asapQuote:
