To upgrade, or not to upgrade?

So I've always been a fan of getting my base at least 95% maxed (usually leaving out a barrack or something since they're a pain to raid without).

After a few recent reads, I feel like I may be dragging out my stay at TH8 a little too long when I could be on my way to TH9.

Below is a picture of my current building levels.

Teslas will be 5/6/6 when finished and I will have time to max archer towers & storages during the TH upgrade along with a few collectors.

My King has been maxed for ages and I usually sit on 25-40k DE which seems kind of wasteful (just dumped 20k into hogs).

My lab is maxed besides the following: Level 1 pekkas, level 2 healer (I dont use them), level 4 goblins (I use barch/bam), level 1 hogs currently going to level 2, and level 1 valks. I will also be able to finish an upgrade during the TH upgrade since hogs finish soon.

I know if you have to ask if you're ready to upgrade, the answer is usually no, but I'm a pretty active farmer with minimal loot issues so I think it may be time for the jump. Thoughts and opinions are welcomed, especially those backed up with some facts :) Thanks for your time!

No, just max it completely it will help you a lot when moving up to townhall 9 :)

Max out everything at TH8. At TH7 and lower this is not the case, but you should do it now.

I say go for it. Better than my base was when I upgraded

If i were you is just go now and boost barracks to finish walls in a week then fill gold storages when those are done

Do it!!! The extra couple building always are a help. Plus, I've heard that xbows are thee stuff.

Upgrade your collectors and maybe the walls.

Go to TH9 for sure. Learn how to raid storages and then you will find that total resources (gold + DE) is the best
at TH9.
