You gotta be kidding me! I just spend over an hour dropping trophies to zero today and now I find out farming was nerfed yesterday so I gotta climb back up again???!!!

Well, I'm TH6 and when I was at zero trophies the biggest loot I found was 10K. And I also on the way down, the biggest loot I saw was 100k and that was at maybe 800-1,000 trophies.
Can I ask how many times do you have to search for a match before finding good loot? Because I did it for a few hours and like I said, biggest loot was 10k.
It's unfortunate that SS is nothing but a money hungry corp that gives less then a pigeon fart about its player base. They know that by nerfing loot in any aspect just means players will need to spend more time on the game then they might want to or be able to. It's all just to make a buck. sign* I'm all for capitalism but damn, these guys are greedy ^_^ I am currently Lvl51 & TH7 and no matter where I go 0, 300, 800, 1000+ .... the loot sucks everywhere. What's crazy is that the little guy; the TH3-5 guy who swear its hard earning/stealing 80k gold... they think its great! ♥♥♥♥ they think it's all because SS cares about em. They don't see the big picture.
Tbo at the end of the day this doesn't effect me as much as the normal every day working player. I'm currently stationed in Korea and away from my family. I work at a place where I literally babysit millions of dollars worth of equipment and get to fix em once in a blue moon(yay! when this happens) Anyways I have loads of time, I wish I didn't but this is my life for another 4 months. I just feel bad for anyone else that can't play for hours at a time.

Earlier update reduced loot for 2-4 TH levels down (-25% for TH-2, -50% for TH-3, -75% for TH-4). I've mostly assumed that loot below that is very small already.. With TH8 I expect to hit TH5 or higher most of the time if I want loot. Then again, when I'm just throwing gobs to camps without paying much attention, I don't really care so much and will go for 10k or 20k too.
Farming is still the same to me. The biggest loot I found most recently (with a ♥♥♥♥ base of course), was 198k gold, coming second closely was 180k gold (this guy had better defensive structures with level 1 walls). This is for TH8. It is either you didn't go low enough, or th 6 gives you horrible loot, but I see tons and tons of players with th6 that I attack, so you probably didn't go to 0. Either that, or you are very unlucky.Quote:
