Scrimmage Mode

Great idea, a buddy and I were discussing something like this the other day. It would be a great way for people to practice attacking their friends :p

So, if this is what Ghosting is, then how would this idea tie into "Ghosting"? its specifically used to have fun with your clanmates and let them help you to figure your own base out, or vice versa...

Anyone have any other ideas on it to get it more popular?

Im guessing we wont get loot for this scrimmage mode, what about the troops and spells that we make to raid, will we get them back or not because if not it is just a waste, and would we be able to share the replay, that would be fun.

Greed for Glory has a "spar" option that is this same exact thing. I actually just came to the forums to post this suggestion after playing that game.
My clan has a good group of people but they are mostly unskilled at attacking. This option would be hugely beneficial to players at all skill levels. A scrimmage mode that works off a different server than the regular multilayer servers would eliminate you not being able to play while someone from your clan is attacking you.
This option would make this already phenomenal game even better.

Why do we have so many "clan scrimmage" posts going on at the same time? It's not gonna happen, and check for similar threads before posting a new one people!

I was just going to say the same thing.

Personally I think this needs to be ruled out soon because its not going to happen. You could replicate a base that attacked you (By visiting there base and making yours the exact same) Attack your "New" base that you have to see how you can easily win against this base, then Revenge against the person who attacked you and bam

3 easy stars + loot.

There is no way SuperCell will add this feature though it would be pretty cool.

I've posted a similar idea a month ago. So it still is a good idea. But i think it's better when you lose your troops and spells but you get the costs back. So you can test an attack with only dragons or something, and it doesn't matter when it doesn't work because you've lost the dragons and you got your elixer back.

Who is going to copy a hole base with the same walls and levels of buildings. And you can't see where the traps are. So that wouldn't work.

Someone who really wants to get that 600k loot you have. Also..if there is a 2x2 empty area with walls around it...what do you assume is gonna be there...a tesla. no walls around it? a Giant bomb. Its not hard to guess were people place traps.
