When are you suppose to make all the war castle troops and donate them?
Add a button for the leader only, its a button that basically says we're ready. It can be posted during prep day, if both leaders see the clan castle defenses are full and thier clans are ready they push it. War begins when second leader chooses to start.
No. The 24 hour prep day is needed. Leaders shouldn't rush into battle. Every member needs their time to prepare their war base and donations.Quote:

If leaders think they are ready they should make the decision to start war early not the game, if they think they need the full day, by all means take it, but the option for both clans would be there. If one leader pushes button to start war early, the game could notify other leader and they could choose to start when they are ready or choose to wait full 24 hours. Options are always a good thing.

The idea about starting the war early, isnt very useful. Certainly everyone in your clan isnt on at one time... Right? So you should give them time to update cc requests, discuss attacks without being pressured into being on at a specific time just so you can start a war early. If you spend time discussing attacks during war day, then that waste precious attack time, the day of prep is needed.
Interesting idea, but what would be your suggestion for the opposing clan to approve an early start?
