you're definitely ready for th 8 dark elixir troops aren't really important to upgrade at th 7, but it's up to you.

the first steps be when I get there?" Base looks good just max your storages before you finish the th too much stuff to
build when you get there lol.

No, completely max your base before you go up. Your barracks are lacking, your mines and pumps are WAY back. Maybe wait on dark troops until you get to TH8, but you can farm your BK to lvl 5

I didn't even look at your barracks. need all of them at least level 8 I had mine all lvl 9 when I went to th8. Pumps/collectors not really necessary if you are active farmer.
You're definitely ready for TH8. The collectors do not need to be upgraded if you're constantly raiding.
Do you feel you are ready to upgrade? You could spend a few more weeks farming resources and upgrading things like collectors, DE troops and your barb king, but it's not a must. You've already done one of the hardest parts of TH7 in upgrading your walls, so pretty much any time is probably a good time.
You need to upgrade those barracks. You should get at least one or more of them to level 8/9 before you up to TH8.
I wish my base looked like that when I upgraded to TH 8. Once at 8 you will be able to get a DE drill which will help big time. Upgrade it as quickly as possible and reap the benefits.
You're way ready. As mentioned, pumps aren't that important if you're farming often.
edit: get that barb king up to level 5 asap though. And work on a barracks or two while th is upgrading.
The barracks are unnecessary in my opinion... Unless you're planning on going into a higher league where more powerful troops will be needed, I'd say they're fine where they are. Especially since it looks like you're farming, there's really no point in getting those high tier troops on all of your barracks.
why would he need to upgrade his barracks ?
If he never uses Pekkas or Dragons, there is no point in doing so...you can farm, push and fight clanwars just fine without those troops.

Alright i've read every ones opinion, i wouldnt upgrade those mines/pumps though coz i dont depend on them, i raid a lot so thats fine according to me and many other farmers i think, about barracks i hardly use dragons,healers etc but i will upgrade those coz it will benefit me for ClanWars right?
It looks good! You may consider doing mines and pumps before going but that's really up to you. Nice base! :D
My first question to you is, what is the rush?
You will be spending months and months at TH8 anyway and once you get there, you will have a ton of other things that you have to build. However, when you are a TH8 you are now fair game to TH8s TH9s AND TH10s. By jumping ahead you are making things harder on yourself and it might end up actually taking longer to do the everything.
I remember TH7, and the loot there was great and I wasn't constantly getting smashed for it like I am now.
My advice is MAX EVERYTHING. All collectors, defenses, troops, barracks. Only thing that I would say to wait on is the DE upgrades. After those are done fill your storages while waiting for the TH upgrade to finish so you can hit the ground running at TH8.
P.S. Even if you don't want the high level troops in the barracks, if you level the barracks up, they cook the lower level troops faster. Faster troops = more efficient raiding. More efficient raiding means faster progression. Also, its hard to realize how much help maxxed collectors provide until they are maxxed. I know I sure didn't. :D
Most definitely upgrade at least one of your barracks to 9 for the dragons in Clan Wars if you are serious about wars. I only have one lv 9 on my TH 7 acct so it takes forever to build drag army but easy to do by dropping in once in awhile to stock up the drags. Seems U probably don't war much or take it too seriously so the barracks upgrd is personal choice.Quote:

You are ready, but maybe keep one builder working on collectors and mines, till they are done - they really do help. Especially on those low loot days.

If I were you, I'd go for it.
I rushed TH5 to TH7, then was going to take the sheeps advice here on the forums (the sweet spot for loot is TH7, stay at TH7 and MAX EVERYTHING!)
I can confirm, good sir, that is utter poppycock!
My farming/raiding was very active, so once I had my walls maxed at TH7 then I was sitting there with full storages for days waiting for builders to free up. Guess what that means? Yup, everyone and their brother wants to attack me because my storages are full AND I sit around for days not raiding because I'm full.
Both of those combined means you're essentially losing millions of gold/elixir per day because you're stuck waiting to MAX EVERYTHING!
Don't believe the hype, I was at TH7 in the 1100-1300 trophy range, upgraded to TH8 and haven't regretted it. First step should be to get your research going on lvl 5 archers, then lvl 5 barbarians. You'll want to move up to 1300-1600 trophies so you can find suitable raiding targets.
The DE drill is decent, once you get it to lvl 3, but it takes awhile. I still get the vast majority of my DE from raiding, not from drilling.
EDIT: I'm at TH8 and my collectors are all still lvl 7-8. My Barracks I've started upgrading, but I think you really only need four of them all at lvl 7 so you can train your full 200 troops in one go. Having access to the extra troops can be nice for clan wars, but my bread n' butter is wb/barb/archer/gob so don't worry so much about higher tier troops. I still only have one barracks that can produce dragons. I only use them during clan wars or to donate to clanmates.

I'd say hit that upgrade button right now! Trust me, th8 is great! lv 5 troops are way better than lv4 and you can get your de drill to help with de for bk upgrades. my bk went from lv 3 to level 10 in 1 1/2 months. mostly from raiding btw.
