get your DE pump to lvl 3 as soon as you can, it will help you gather DE faster to max out your BK to lvl 10.
upgrade lab so you can upgrade your troops.
Get the extra storages up to help spread out your loot so you lose less of it when raided.

Don't upgrade your DE Drill...it's pretty useless. LVL3 DE Drill only produces 1000 approx. DE a day...that's barely one half decent raid.
You'll want to buy/upgrade immediately:
- lab
- new buildings/defences
- new walls
- clan castle
Then the splash/air defeses.

this set me up well for my barch farming
then upgraded archers to further enhance my barch farming
bought all available walls/weapons so I could establish my village layout with all the parts even if not all upgraded
began upgrading addl troops that i sprinkle in with barch like giants, breakers and gobs as well as heal and rage spells
when lab was busy, i upgraded my newly purchased weapons to get them to my th7 level
