Post a pic of your base and troop levels.
Well... Max out your mines and collectors if you haven't yet. If you can session raid you are going to need to do that to save up for upgrades. As you upgrade defenses more it will slowly become easier to hold resources. Also, build every storage if you haven't yet and spread them out.

I know that feeling. I just made the advance to TH9 and the drop in loot is quite significant. Gonna go barch all the way. Forunately for me, i have AQ immediately upon advance. Sniping has never been the same! Haha
And like what others have said, post a pic so we can see how bad is it. :P
Farming is the way to go then. Go below 200 trophies and stay there till you catch your base up. It takes lots of time to stay down there... lots of time. It helps if u also have a barb king so u don't have to waist your elixir dropping trophies.
I heard sub 200 farming isn't quite as profiting as it used to be. Hopefully OP has his troops on par to at least TH8 (lv5). That would make barching easier.Quote:

First max out your gold mines as iDANglin said.
Stick with Gold 2 or 3 for farming. If you're having problems with resources being stolen, I'd boost barracks and spend the coins as soon as you hit your goal.
Just keep advancing, step by step. You will get there.
I agree to max your mines, collectors, drills asap - that way even if you struggle to raid, you still get around 900k loot every day (non boosted).
Put your town hall outside, hope for free shields.
Also, I found that dropping below 1800 trophies made me more likely to be sniped, less likely to be attacked for real early on in th9.
As everyone mentioned, farming is your only option.
Stick to Gold 3 or 2. Train 2 barracks of Barbs and 2 of Archers and raid every 10-12 minutes. Don't be afraid to hit the NEXT button often and wait for a collector raid (all resources in mines and pumps).
The problem is, you are rushed and look so as well so for a month of intensive raiding, keep all your builders busy UNLESS you earn more gold than you can store between upgrades freeing up, then leave a builder open for walls (as not to look premmie)

No turning back from this point now, i suggest going higher in trophies. One of my friends getting good loot at Gold 1 and up. He is also TH9. Goodluck hope you find the best range for you.
