update idea

I have an idea that I think everyone would enjoy but I would like to see an update where you can do upgrades and collect your resources when you do not have internet connection but not be able to use clan chat or attack on multiplayer or on clan wars until you get internet connection. I think that be very useful. Thanks. :)

Can't work. Sorry

So I am offline and I collect my mines (lets say 50k)
They are now empty.

Someone else finds me searching online for bases, and raids me. (They see the online version of course)
They 100% me, and get 50% of the gold from my mines.

A little time passes... (5k gold accumulates in collectors)

I come back online, the game syncs.

The offline version has ZERO + 5k accumulated = 5k
The online version (at SuperCell servers) has 50k - 25k raided + 5k accumlated = 25k in collectors

Which is right?
Where has the loot come from/gone too?

update

I have two pretty kewl update ideas. First, maybe the troops that didn't die in battle would be available for the next attack (like in boom beach). Also, a bank where you could put your resources to grow would be cool. The higher level bank, the faster the resources grow and the more it can hold.

Ok i agree with u on the resources but doing upgrades would be helpful

It has the same problem.
You can upgrade a building offline, and the server doesn't know anything about it.

So

#1 you have a building inactive when it should be active?
#2 you have gold/elixir available/unavailable.

Let's say I have exactly 1,000,0000 gold
I spend it all offline on a L9 wall.
I now have zero gold.

So the online wall is only L8, and I get raided.
They take 100,000 gold from my storages 1,000,000 (the most they can)
I have 900,000 left.

I come back online, I have been raided and lost 100,000 gold, but have also spent 1,000,000 gold from my original total of 1,000,000 gold... something doesn't add up.

OH WAIT, it's that the game ONLY works if there is one source of truth, the server details, and you can only play online.

Not to be mean, but CoC is not boom beach
#1: the troops sent out die to make you think more about how you should send out your troops
#2: your bank idea is pretty much a collector and vault mixed together
