Hoppers

I request that after you leave a clan it gives you a cool down. This way it will be harder for hoppers to get what they want.

I feel like I'm forgetting something big here... Oh well until then I'm in favor.

This is one of my biggest frustrations! I have learned my lesson, and I refuse to donate troops to new members until they have been there at least a full day or longer. There's nothing worse than someone joining your clan, immediately putting up a request (usually for dragons, healers, or other high-level troops), and then leaving as soon as they get what they want. A cool-down period would help reduce the amount of hoppers/abusers.

Yep, me too. I would recommend making a new rule in your clan. Something like "Donate 300 troops before requesting" that should certainly help your clan and should keep you happy :P

So..... doesn't that mean that no one reqs and no one can have anyone to donate?

I like that idea, though maybe not that extreme of a number. ;) I was also thinking of only letting people request troops once per cycle, because that's another problem I've run into; people like to request troops but don't donate any of their own. Selfishness!

I assumed that you already had enough members who's been there for awhile.

Not necessarily. Either there are enough members there who meet the donation requirements, or you can just lower the donation requirement.

I, personally, only donate and help the clans i hop to. This is not really a good idea in my eyes because i like to go and help smaller clans with donations and stuff. My vote would be no
i am loyal to war zone, but i hop to help

Simple rules to scare away hoppers:

Donate 30 before requesting & no high level requests until you have been in the clan for more than a day. These rules will work because hoppers generally only want to gain, and they usually come for advanced troops (not just archers).
