New helper for my clash of clans youtube channel needed

Hey guys!

So recently I had a helper of mine who worked with me and made me thumbnails for my videos on my clash of clans youtube channel and other stuff rage quit and I am searching for a new one.

I would like for the helper to be:

• Experienced in Photoshop or in any other type of editing software similar to Photoshop
• Imaginative
• Have Skype

The helper will have to:

• Be able to think outside of the box! I don't want lame pictures just slapped together with no effort. I want them to be creative and eye catching!
• Be able to make thumbnails for me on a daily basis, since I do do a new video everyday!
• Be kind and able to adapt!

I can do everything except I don't have Skype and u need to tell me what size a thumbnail is:confused::rolleyes:
