1. You forgot a lot of details. Does he jump walls? What are his targets? Does he have a special? When is he unlocked? Is he upgradable?
2. A new hero, especially one based on the Hog Rider is a ruled out. It is also a bad idea to make a new hero without at least upgrading the Town Hall to level 11.
