As a new th 8 i keep getting crushed by hog riders and dragons any way to defend against hogs or giants?
Go to a lower league and/or try one of the TH 8 anti-hog bases.
there is no way to stop hogs at th8
Kinda difficult really, but try get your wizard towers maxed along with all bombs (big and small). Once you have that sorted try to have a large central compartment with atleast 2 wizard towers and atleast 2 giant bombs in the center, this will easily counter hogs that reach the center.
its really difficult for th8's to defend against hogs. you just have to pray that you dont get hogged and always put your th outside to get sniped and get free shield. try the base of mimobg. http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...mpossible+anti
the problem with mimos is that without a double giant bomb the hogs will just run around the outside, kill all the defenses, and target the center. (i 3 starred mimos base last clan war) I use an old version of the tempest and the double giant bombs kill off a lot of hogs.
