Fasten Your Seatbelts - 25+ Clan Wars Wins - Seeking Warring Clashers

I'm Accura and I lead FYSB (Search FYSB - Fasten Your Seatbelts), and we're looking to expand with mature members who understand clan wars and want to win. Most of us are over 20 years old, but we really are looking for people who can understand basic tactics and strategy. Personally, I've been gaming my whole life, playing StarCraft:Brood War, WoW, Madden, etc. I have experience in both leading gamers as well as playing at elite levels, as I was ranked #1 in WoW when I played, and was on top of Madden leaderboards earlier this year. I'm currently a new-ish TH9 (Horray 220 camp space and lvl 6 Archers!) and most of our members are strong 7s/8s/9s. Most of our clan has been playing video games together for years, and are looking to expand with competent, mature people.
Our clan currently is 25-1-1 (As of June 03) In in Clan Wars(lol matchmaking giving us an unreal clan...still only lost by 2 stars=( ), and we need people who can understand to pull the Clan Castle before engaging, not to snipe halls that have been already taken (until we've secured the victory), and generally understand Clan Wars and wish to be victorious.
We're looking for people who are a STRONG TH7 and above, but the important thing is to understand who/what to attack in Clan Wars, as every member is important. A TH7 can contribute massively to Clan Wars if they attack wisely. If you want to join, send a request, we usually give people a 1-2 war trial period to show us their stuff.
Note: For everyone TH9/10, we need strong attackers to justify their weight in clan war matchmaking. For TH10s, we need someone able to 2* a TH10 with discos. Via Gowiwi/Gowipe, mass lvl4 drag, hogs+Freeze, I don't really mind how, as long as it can be done.
Thanks for your time,
DA
PS.
Update 3 Jun 2013: For people TH9 and above, we require people who have significant bases/troops. TH9/10 significantly impact matchmaking, so we can't have TH9/10 unable to hit other TH9s/10s. Thanks!
