It would be great if SC would, as I'm sure they could, put a restriction on people jumping through clans, making troop requests then buggering off soon as they get and use those free troops. It's happening every day, numerous times , in the clan I'm in. I see new members enter, request, then leave soon after. Maybe a one move per week would put an end to it?
I think this is a good idea maybe when you join the clan you have to stay for 24 hours unless you are kicked by elder or leader. I hope this idea gets looked at :) I HATE HOPPERS... Clan: farming legion
This idea has been discussed many times. Please use the search function before you make a thread like this. Additionally, your solution wouldn't work because many people have friends in multiple clans and jump between multiple clans, AND what if you join a clan, it is really bad, and you then can't join a new clan so you either stay in the bad clan or be clan-less.
I see this lots and the solution is simple. Don't let them join!!! If someone ask for a clan on global multiple times your best bet is that they are a hopper. Even if it was the first time them asking you can assume that they are hoppers.
Make the member stay for 24 hours?! Horrible idea lol. If you hate hoppers so much change it to 'invite only' instead of 'any one can join'
And some hoppers are good not all are bad. When i was going for 25k donations i hopped in about 145-200 clans to get the achievement. U cant go wrong with free level 5 barbs :p
Also if you have a clan network and you need to send someone to tell one of the other clans a message. And say someone joins the feeder and their good enough to join the main clan so you can't tell them to leave and join the main. And it would lead to clans being full a lot.

If it's been discussed before, it's still not been addressed! Do SC even check here? and take suggestions on board? Maybe more people need to request these things to get them noticed.

It's not my clan, I cannot change the settings. Besides, I'm not just talking about the one I'm in, I'm talking in general. Nothing worse than people looking for the easy route in games
If you make them stay a week, than all they will do is swear at u until u kick them from the clan. Just make a rule saying donate before requesting or something.
I think instead of a stay period we have a donate limit that people have to do before they can donate when they join. So when you join a clan you have to donate an x number amount before you can get donations and after you get that x number of troops donated you can get donations back and won't have to worry about it during that time you are in that clan.
