Hi forum,
I've been playing COC for a month now, and I've recently earned my place as a co-leader in my clan. Our clan's getting pretty full and I wanted to make space by getting rid of inactive players (zero troops donated/received, no CW attacks in the past few wars).
Question is, how do you guys deal with these people in your clans?
I'm thinking of kicking them and then send an invite afterwards to make sure they're still active.

I typically give them a few days, then send out mail as a warning, then kick them. The reinvite thing is a pretty good idea though.
I generally just boot them out after a time, no room for inactive players in our clans. The problem
starts when recruiting is slow and it's a choice of letting numbers drop v inactives :(
Thing is, they've spend the last couple seasons being inactive, and we actually talked about them in clan chat. I'll probably send a mail, wait a couple days then do the kick/reinvite thing.Quote:

Yeah, thats what I was thinking too. The problem gets bigger when it's the mid lvl players getting the boot and then it's the little guys recruiting lower lvl players.. I don't want to be a strict elitist but I kinda get concerned about the donations and if they actually follow requests :/Quote:

Come up with general clan guidelines that you wish your members to follow, spread the word and get them familiar with the consequences. in my clan non attackers over 1-2 wars, non donators, bronze joiners, repeat offenders and such all get kicked. This is all so familiar to my members that they take care of these matters themselves and myself/co-leaders do the clan war removals each war. They also promote elders for 30 donates and co-leaders promote to co-leader for 1k+donates. as you can tell im not a dictator and my clan is self run basically all i do as clan leader really is donate alot, use lots of emojis and chat a bunch.
Iam only booting players who never donate but only receive...happened only once in over a year tho.

Send out Message durring last week of season saying " john, bob, jane show your activity by donating/CW or be kicked starting next season" then kick if they dont show up. This gives them a chance to say why they have been inactive or become active.

Send them emails and wait some days. If still inactive, kick them out.
My clan has some crystals that are donating machines but down again the bottom there are some people with insane received like 1K+ and less than 100 donated... We seem to do nothing about them though even though I've asked people with authority many times
IMO, it depends on the player troop level. If they have lower level troops, I don't encourage them donate. Receiving a lot of troops means they are very active. You should let them grow.Quote:
