Different Troop Donation limit for different Clan Castle

I think it's good idea to change Troop donation limit with upgrading clan Castle.
For Example A player with Clan Castle lvl
1 can donate 2 troops;
2 can donate 3 troops
3 can donate 4 troops
4 can donate 5 troops
5 can donate 6 troops
6 can donate 7 troops
or player with CC lvl 4 and below can donate 4 troops and with upgrading cc players can donate more troops.
This can help high lvl players to equal donated and Received troops better than before and help low lvl players more with donating more troops.

I don't see how this helps low lvl players... since they have smaller cc, they'd have even less troops that they're actualy able to have right now.

Clan castles are fine as they are, and the donation amounts are good: they're made to prevent hoppers from donating massive amounts of cheap units while allowing reasonable amounts of respectable ones, like the common 5 wizards for CC3 which fits like a glove.
