An idea to help with random booting of ppl from clans

While this hasn't happened yet to my clan I read posts where people get frustrated when someone from the clan goes berserk and starts booting people from the clan. Mostly referring to elders. While I think they should have this right I also think that if the elder decides to kick someone off the clan it should be first have to be confirmed with the leader.

There should be be an option for the elder to kick someone out and they should be able to write a small message with a reason why they have kicked that person out. That message should appear to the leader and co leaders and they should have the final say weather to confirm or reject that boot request.

What do you guys think?
in my opinion that is what a leaders job should be.

People that stupid shouldn't get to Elder anyway... so it's the Clan's fault, not the rank system or the Elder rank in particular for this case given.

My suggestion is that Clans should control who gets promoted instead of "Reach 200 donations to Elder" and similar stupidities that you can find in most Clans.

Yes I agree but I think it would be nice if we could also limit the loss to 1 or 2 losses in a few days or limit their power to kick maybe even
If they could put a system control in place where if an elder or co leader kicked more than 3 players in less than a few minutes they would automatically lose their status of elder or co leader and also be resumed to member status or automatically be kicked

PS this did happen to me and I dont think that they should be allowed to harm other ppl that worked hard to find the best people to join them I did see another player in global complain about another person who did the same thing as the guy who did it to me

You dont know much about human nature do you?

sometimes even the closest and most trusted friend can back stab you.
And besides the final decision should be the leaders and co leaders. Just the way things work. A knight would not kill someone without the kings order even though he might want to. The word of the Vice President would not be final before consolidating with the president and so on and so on. That is the point of a leader

Maybe you shouldn't have promoted such and such player to a position that is able to kick members?
bad decisions usually lead to bad results. Make better choices in choosing who your elders/coleaders are and you wouldn't be in this situation. Don't blame supercell and its clan ranking system al because of your own clans decisions.

I think it is fine like I have been in a clan for a month and I haven't been promoted. This is because co and leaders are smart. If someone wants to disturb a clan they wouldn't want to wait for a few months. In my clan high donations and being generally cool and getting respect from other clan members will get you promoted. Then there are bad clans were you can be promoted to co in under an hour from like 50 donations. This is the point of a clan not just to have the best base and attacks but to have a functional clan. Which is why normally elders and cos are across the time zone so the minute this happens they can be kicked.

I believe it's been established that Elders can kick 2 people out with a 30 minute kick cool down.

If you gave someone untrustworthy Coleader, which doesn't have limitations, well, that's your own fault.

Whats the point of elder if they have to have everything approved. Right now as elder all I do is make sure no one goes crazy or needs to be kicked and accept new members that qualify, don't make it worse.
