Wall levels are not your problem..although lvl 7 is a key level, lowest wall level that requires 2 maxed wb to bust open.
going to level 9 with mostly level 4 troops is a huge problem. All the best farming strategies rely on tier 1 troops and you need these maxed to farm effectively. As a th9 the loot penalty means you need to be hitting th8 and 9 bases and with level 4 troops it'll be hard going against th8 and close to impossible against th9.
id say you should cancel.

You good sir, Are at a late townhall 7 stage, You should stay on townhall 8 untill you have atleast all level 7 walls and maybe even some level 8, And when you maxed all your defences in my oppinion.
