Yes indeed, some reasons why could be:
-Offensive messages in global or clan chat.
-Offensive clan names or clan descriptions.
-Using emulators.
-Using third party software to attempt a ha@k or che@t.
-Getting reported by several players who sent the reports to support.
In MOST cases, the first offence will be temparary, unless it's a severe violation like emulaters or hàcks
