1. Go to settings on clash above the shop button
2. At the bottom of settings There will be a tab thats says forums
3. Once u tap it, it will redirect u
4. Make a forums accnt (its pretty simple)
5. Go to ur email u made the accnt with and click the link on the email it sends u to complete ur registration
6. Go to clan talk
7. Recruit members or lookin for a clan either topic and post a thread
