Hi all
i'm stuck, I picked up a visitor from a neighbours town as they wanted cinema and I had space....however...they want what looks like a toffee apple and I can' give them it as it unlocks at level 51...I'm level 47....
does this mean that that person is stuck in my cinema until I can give them it? Is there anyway I can remove them from the cinema? I can't see how I can if there is...
help!!!!
There is a little button thing under the items they ask for, at the bottom, with arrows. click it and u will get option to send visitor away to the train. It works like shifting between "pages" of crops, or on machines were u can produce more items than can be shown on the first "page" (really don't know a better word for it).Quote:

And don't pick up visitors from higher level players, it is a bug that they are asking for things not available to you and it will be fixed in the next update.
Just click on circle arrow thing on the bottom of the order, and choose the train. That will send them right back to the train and they will leave.

You need to be at reputation level 3 or higher to send town visitors away.
If you aren't, try to level up as soon as you can, so this guy doesn't clog up your cinema forever.
This is a known issue. It was fixed for many with the maintenance a couple of days ago but, unfortunately, still exists for many others so another fix will need to be implemented.
Unfortunately, you are one who is still affected. Follow the instructions given to you to tap on the "rotate" button at the bottom of the "items requested fan" to get to the second "page". There you'll see a train icon, which is the dismiss button.
Until another fix is implemented that takes care of this for everyone, play it safe and follow the other instructions to pick up visitors ONLY from farms of the same or lower level as yours. I'm also moving this thread into the Bugs and Issues subforum.
I'll be honest here, I have form time to time picked up visitors from people 5-10 levels higher and rarely do I get stuck with a request i can't fill. Obviously the risk is reduced the closer to the same level you are. My guess is that depending on the shop and item request table for that shop, certain shops will be better vs others. Example would be cinema seems to ask for jellybeans a lot. Choosing a visitor from a player that can make those probably carries a little higher risk.
Me too! Not a big deal to send them away, but now I would like to pick up another visitor but my train is in "maintenance" for 5 hours. Big waste of that pick up. I guess I'll have to watch who I pick up passengers from, but that really restricts this feature.

It's getting quite annoying having to send away visitors I pick up because they ask for goods I can't make. Will this bug be fixed and if so when will it be fixed. A lot of the time neighbors my own level and lower don't have visitors to pick up or they don't have visitors wanting to visit buildings which I have free slots. I just have to take the higher level visitors and hope they ask for something I can make. Twice today I picked up 2 visitors and had to send them away both times because they asked for thing I can't make for 10 more levels. I paid for the personal train and upgrades and I can't even use it.
They thought they had this fixed in the maintenance done a few days ago, but it only fixed some of them it seems. I am sure it will be fixed soon. They know it is a big issue. :)Quote:

I think it's annoying that it's not fixed yet.
It's the third time I encountered this bug. Meaning 3 personal trains got wasted. I just hope they'll implement a fix soon.
