This is used for defense on your base. Instead of killing and exploding the enemy it freezes them. This could work for the normal bombs and the giant bombs. It would pretty much be the freeze spell but a very small radius of freeze. It would of course cost money reload the ice bomb. So now we have the ice bomb and the normal bombs.
