Hi All,
I am a TH8 player and I want to know the fastest way of getting all the skull walls (lvl 8) without boosting the barracks.

Currently I am having 106 purple walls and 119 skull walls. I want to get all skull walls before going for TH9.

I've been BARCHing in gold 2-3. Been going pretty well so far.
barch on silver 1 - gold 3
plenty of mixed collectors and rich th7 for easy raid there...
I assume you wanna know the best way to max walls, without focussing 100% on walls and playing 24/7. (Thats the fastest way right behind gemming).
What I did and still do, is try to find the most optimal focus between Dark Elixir and Gold. I think Gold is still fastest as a collector raider. But that's perfect in Silver, and there's no Dark Elixir there. So I drop and push between Silver I and Gold II. Higher up: more dark elixir, lower down: more gold.
And then to set the goals: Up your farming capabilities of Minions, your war capabilities of Hogs (and Heal), upgrade your Golem, or upgrade the Barb King to Level 10. Lot of DE if you are planning to move fast! With the King being gone in Clan Wars while upgrading, I sometimes took a break from him, so that I could use him more (as well as in farming). I was done, using the King twice every couple of days. And then went down a little to get the gold faster.
But man, I stressed it a lot. It's not lazy farming so to speak. And my skulls are a little behind where I wanted them to be. But when you see the King being all grown up, it's not so bad.
Oh yeah and Barch offcourse, but I presumed you knew.

fastest way would be to gem them, but if you were to farm: Barch or giant/healer in 1550 area
I'm farming gold, too, with TH8 troops (Barch, of course) and there's a big difference once you get to Silver I.
I dropped to Silver II last night and all the loot was gone. But higher up in Silver I, it was great. Good luck.
Don't listen to anyone who recommended using BARCH...use BAM...
Why?
It's faster to train. And...minions are second to know for getting to centralized storages in TH7's.
4 Barracks - 17 Archers / 16 Barbs each
2 Dark Barracks - 17 Minions each
12:45min training time...a lot quicker than training BARCH
Stay between 1500-1750 trophies and next until you see loaded collectors or TH7's with full storages.
gemming is the quickest way, or go to like 1600 and just barch that is quick, train lightning spells to zap gold storages

I normally train 1 barrack barbs, then the rest of the barracks archers. you should end up with 60 barbs and 140 archers no Wallbreakers. You could also use 8 giants, 8 wbs and split 2 barracks gobs and archers for each if elixir is no problem

This is true. But he asked for the fastest way. And the fastest way is BAM. Go to 1600 and just BAM away. You will get way more gold than the BARCHers.Quote:

There is absolutely no reason (unless you are BARCHING up in Masters or Champions for cups) that you should use BARCH over BAM.

I think BAM would be the fastest, not that BArch is not viable either but as for as strictly gold farming, the faster train time of BAM puts it ahead of Barch if gold is your only focus like in this case of fastest skull walls.

the only benefits of BAM for me is just the training time and good when I have plenty of time to raid in sessions...
