Hi I recently started playing again and I realized I might have rushed to TH9 in the past. I am thinking about starting over. Here's a picture of my base, do you guys think my base is premature for TH9 and I should start over? Or I can keep this?

ur teslas r the main things that are premie! everything is a level or 2 below th9 but i wouldnt say start over. jus start upgrading :)
yes, you are premature. you don't need to start over but you do need to max or very close to max th9 beforegoing th10. i suggest you start by upgrading you troops and barracks till you have lvl 6 archers and barbs, and all lvl 8+ barracks so you can easilly barch good bases and get you gold for your defenses much easier.
I see green Archers, an Archer Queen, a Barbarian King. You're good!
I would say, give those barbs a blue helmet, and start acting like a TH7/TH8. So trophies to Silver and just doing collector raids focussing on Gold (and normal Elixir). Forget about the Dark Elixir for a while.
What do you rather want... Being the king of "TH7 /TH8 doing" or starting all over?
P.S. 250k * 0,8 = 200k.
it's not that bad, you can surely catch up.
Your builders are all busy, so you know how to farm, obviously.
Just keep doing what you're doing.

I premmied for the wrong reasons (according to Sharon's great guide) but thanks to folks here I'm in the right direction and am starting to not regret it. You are in good shape, imo.
No way is that a good TH9. That is shocking premature.
Level 1 air defences?
Low level Wizard towers?
Dreadful wall upgrading?
Barracks under developed.
Mortars under powered
No trap upgrades?
You need to stop any further TH progression plans, focus on bringing your tier 1 troops to TH9 level, and barching in Gold 1 to earn maximum loot.
Looks like a base where you rushed all the cheapest easiest upgrades.

Yes, premmie. Not not embarrassingly premmie, some around the realm of really to kind of premmie.
Yes - very premie but I think you can recover. Just always keep builders busy, raid in sessions for big upgrades. If you ever have gold/elix in storages you will be massacred. TH7s can even farm you at the current state of your defenses.
Once you get your farming troops to TH9 level though you can quickly recover.
you have a lot of work ahead of you, I am a TH8 and wouldn't hesitate to attack you. wise upgrading for a month or so however, and you'll be pretty solid.
Having to start over or not has to do with the level of your troops. I seen worse but yes it is rushed.Quote:

Yes u r very premmie... I would focus on leveling up those troops to max and work and the low level defenses. And yes u should start a SECOND account, dont delete this base, just work on it...

As long as you enjoy the game and can make more loot than you lose it really doesnt matter what town hall level you are and what state your base is in. obviously the more upgraded the better but thats irrelevant. unless your th10 with infernos you dont stand a chance of protecting your resources anyway. anything th9 and below will just get primarily hogged for 3 stars or ballooniend for your loot. im always available to be looted for at least 350/350k/1k+ so its standard im going to be 100% regardless of my base strength but making that back in 1 raid and then raiding another 5-20 times equates to a cheeky giggle when steamrolled

Very premature th9. Max your collectors first since there is no loot penalty on the loot they can generate and then max your camps/troops and start farming. It's doable, but will take some time.
A premie, I say.
Those ADs, Mortars, WTs, wall . . . . almost everything.
