Building Your Base and STORING YOUR BASE (Virtual Base Storage)

Hi everyone!

Very SIMPLE idea and feature that would simplify the reconstruction of your new base as you level up or if you just want a new layout.

Every player should have the ability to store every single building/wall/bombs/etc in a virtual storage so that you could easily remove buildings, and replace them in desired locations.

Pros:

-EASIER and FASTER reconstruction
-More room to place objects when you are reconstructing instead of moving everything around

Cons:

-People may try to store things and log off to try to hide items from people so they can't be attacked

SIMPLE SOLUTION TO THE CONS: Whatever objects you have in your virtual storage and you "log off" or "your screen goes black", they are randomly placed so that you can't hide anything. Therefore, when you use this virtual storage function, you are required to place all your objects before leaving the screen. I have seen games that have had this before but were not fantastic games like CLASH OF CLANS!!

+1 to this, you can do something similar with decorations on hayday, would be so much easier to change setups

I was thinking of a storage idea so ya, sounds good. Good for saving a bought seeking air mine or expensive giant bombs without having to put them in the corners risked being triggered. One time i attacked someone who put their giant bomb in the corner of their village and i randomly placed giants at the edges, one giant triggered a giant bomb which i had no idea was there. It was funny but it sucked for them because they were saving it haha.

And for storing buildings & walls, that should help redesign bases a lot easier so that you dont have to move everything to the sides before redesigning.

I've redesigned my base a couple times and it has been annoying to have to move all of the structures and wall pieces to the edges in an attempt to make room for the redesign. Great idea!

This is not a good idea because people would easily take advantage of it. People would store their town hall if they were protecting trophies. They would put store storages in order to protect. Even with the randomization, it would make it very easy to manipulate the code involved in this game.

How about just saving layouts, not an actual storage but you could be able to load any layout.

There r probably some ways to have lots of things spread out across your base with no 4x4 spaces for your TH. so if the remaining buildings were randomly placed, and they couldn't fit, the TH would remain in storage- making it impossible to get even 2 stars

They could make it so that if you log off before your base is finished it would revert it back to the original

Or, like other users stated, if you log off and have stuff in your storage then your base reverts back to the original layout. Almost like, if you move a building and you click elsewhere, it reverts back to the original location.

You gotta remember, Supercell is ALWAYS going to try to make a update that people can't manipulate so i am sure they can figure it out themselves. I just think this would idea would make it a lot easier for higher level players to remake their base with the little space they have.

Maybe to protect the game from this type of fraud, you can't store your storages and TH... Everything else can be stored, but has to be placed otherwise it reverts back to original design.

They could implement the fact that the town hall can't be stored. Since you guys are techy with this sorta thing, yes, they are able to do that. Along with the fact that everything must be placed and saved before you log off. Most of people on these forums are complete idiots. Think of all the possibilities before you friggin' post s**t.
