The only people who ca see what support is up to are Staff, Mods and Shivampaw. I am neither of those and have no way of telling what they are up to... There have been a few 2 month old tickets here that have been resolved thus my assumption. No guarantees from me though

Shh. Supercell are making millions PER DAY. Their lack of support is quite shocking, quit with the fanboy stuff. I've also seen your posts in the time bug thread, and i can't help but laugh at most of them in which your defending SC.

No problem, sorry if I seem like I have contact with them because I don't. However I am good friends with Shiv (Currently on holiday), who helps out a lot in the Bugs & Problems sub forum who does to an extent have very limited/ small communication with SC. Mostly only being able to see what # they are up to

I understand I'm not alone, I just find the lack of communication pretty frustrating and the minimal communication options disappointing.
