I agree hat support does take quite a long time. They have recently hired more however hey got absolutely smashed during CW. Many clans having all of their members sending tickes to support. Millions play CoC, can you see the dilemma? And SC is quite a small company, if they were to hire a load of support staff they would most likely have great issues in the case of management.Quote:
