Thats it!Apple is an huge company that billions of people know all around the world.How can you even compare anything with it?For example:You go down the street and ask a random person about Apple and 9/10 they will know what your talking about but if you go down the street asking about supercell or clash of clans the chances are less of someone knowing about them than knowing about something like Apple

yes apple will refund if you purchased something and cant use it which is what they did for me..so the last bag of gems I bought I got refunded and I should mention that I lost my village on may 18th and am still waiting for my village to be restored

You won't be getting a full refund considering you will have SPENT the gems.

its been so long since ive had that village I wouldn't remember lol I know I bought them just before my phone broke..its the only purchase I asked for a refund for unless someone from SC wants to take a look at my village and see (a girl can only hope lol) and i didn't ask for refunds on the gems that I spent on both my kids account

I made this purchase just before my device was broken and can no longer use the item purchased ...I have contacted them about this problem but its been over 4 weeks since I have contacted them and they have yet to fix my problem. I have made other purchases for my children and those are ok but this one I would like refunded as I can no longer use the product that I purchased it for. I know it may be a long shot but their customer service is terrible and there is no point in paying for something I cant use.
