New notification

A Your spells are done brewing notification like troops are done training but for spells

It is a simple feature, but helps a lot. Maybe also a notification for the war score, you can edit how often it sends a notification. per 20 mins, hourly or per 3 hours

Thanks for the feedback! And I agree that would be cool if you can't connect at the moment and it showed up in a notification.
