Paying for Gems

Where do I begin.......first of all love Clash of Clans. But COC needs to have more payment options than iTunes or google....esp Google. I like o buy gems....yes I like to ♥♥♥♥♥♥...I'm competitive and not a shame to admit it. But I have an android device which is great but google is getting on my last nerve. Every time I want to buy gems it is the st hassle ever. Here is the ♥♥♥♥ that Google puts their customers as well as app developers customers:
I go to buy gems for a game I like to play....my choice my money. I go to purchase through google wallet...and my purchase is declined and tells me to try again in 30 minutes. Right now most of u know what I am talking about. Try again in 30 minutes....same thing. After getting fed up...I go to google wallet and am told to send in documents to verify my identity....not cool to have your hand force to verify who u are over the internet....it's called privacy for a reason. So I contact google because google wallet has no customer service number...they hide behind automated email responses. They tell me that the account was suspended because of suspicious activity.....if I didn't report suspicious activity then how does google know it's suspicious? So the only way to unlock the account is to send in my drivers license and a utility bill. A week later my account is unlocked and I can finally play coc.WRONG....I go to buy gems and the account gets suspended again and the vicious cycle continues. Sucks for me and for coc because I want gems and coc wants my money. I have read thousands of complaints like this and google doesn't care one bit. So with all this being said. I propose that coc changes or rather adds more ways to pay....like through Facebook...where your identity is established and payment methods are verified already. Let google not have any part of it anymore...they are hurting developers...and instead of fixing the problem they are ignoring it. Please respond how u want or like to this thread and maybe it will help flashers keep on clashing!!!!

Sounds like you should switch platforms if Google really makes it that hard to give them money.
