Were not even close to lvl 12 town hall, if it got implemented right now it would really unbalance the game. Lvl 11 has little plans for right now but we should hear about it in the future year or two at least.
I would like to see plentiful more detail and explanation in your future threads, can you explain how it would look like and what new upgrades and buildings will be unlocked? Anyways welcome to the forums!
