A lot of the time i'll accidentally buy a spell. But like everyone, if i sell it i only get 50% of the cost back.
This is really annoying... So removing it or adding a "Are you sure?" for the first spell. This would really help out.

The amount of times I've clicked healing spell when i want to train archers..... At least a conformation button of some sort or simply just fully refund spell
I would rather pay the elixir penalty than have to click an :are you sure?" confirmation every single time I make a spell.
It happens maybe once a week to me only, and I can usually find a way to use the spell anyway instead of cancelling it.
Or maybe for the first spell you buy they could add "Would you like to buy spells?" The feature is inconvenient and should be removed as soon as possible
Why? To save 20k elixir? That's peanuts.
Yah so you don't lose elixir. The feature is good so you can't store elixir, but a confirmation button for the first spell would be great too
Right. the person was just saying that 20k elixir is so little, who cares basically.
And like you just said yourself, if there was no penalty, people could stash their elixir in the spell factories, then cancel the spell with no penalty when they want to use the elixir. This would essentially create an extra elixir storage where you can't lose any resources from it even if it is raided.
This is not what Supercell designed it for, and also why cancellation penalties are a good idea. Just click more carefully from now on.
I am sorry but hawdog you crazy, you rather would risk losing some elixir then just clicking a confirmation button, I think the real solution to this problem is the confirmation button do that and it will stop that but to be that lazy to not be able to click a button cmon man. That's why their was a lot of accidentally to reports in global no confirmation button, now that fixed and I don't see why we couldn't do the confirm button here.
Haha let me clarify. I build somewhere around 25-35 spells a day. I know what I'm doing, I know what spells I want to create, so I click carefully because I know it sucks to screw up. Still, I screw up about once a week. that's 33k for my most expensive spell (lvl 5 rage) and if I cancel, I get 16.5k back, that's only if I decide to cancel it. If I cooked it accidentally I'll probably just use it once it's done, problem solved.
If I don't want it there or need another spell for clan wars, I cancel it and I'm out 16.5k one time in the span of a week. That literally is NOTHING to me.
But having to click an extra confirmation button on a screen 25-35 times a day (175-245 times a week), is clearly worse than losing 16.5k elixir a week.
make sense now?
No Hawdog, I think he means when you are swiping through the different barracks and when u think ur training archers you accidentally train healing spell. So a confirmation will be good. Also on the topic of confirmation, don't u say that when ur gemming barracks to quick finish, there should be a confirmation when spending 10+ gems
A confirmation button for this would be maddening.
Yes, I'd much rather deal with the very rare case where I accidentally create and need to cancel a spell than have a confirmation button that I have to deal with on a constant basis.
You can also greatly cut down on mistakes by simply finding which barracks is the first one on the list (they aren't random) and then selecting that one whenever you want to create troops.
This is ruled out.
I meant a one time confirm button for your first spell of an empty spell factory. So you confirm once, then every other spell is no confirmation
I must add this too… Please get rid of stacking in the spell factory. A lot of times i want to create spells in a certain order so that i can farm easier. Sometimes wanna build rage, heal, rage, heal… IN THAT ORDER!! Also, get rid of 50% back on spells is great too cuz i accidentally do that same all the time. I have big thumbs… What can i say??
Why not just get rid of any confirmation button and any unqueue penalty. The factory isn't like the barracks where you can queue more than you can hold. So just let people queue/unqueue spells as necessary. They'll get built so it's not like someone will be able to stash loot in the factory.
Well, I guess they could if they made sure to unquote it just before it finished and then started it up again...
So maybe there needs to be a 5 minute grace period when building a spell so that you can only unqueue it during that 5 min period without any penalty once it has started its count down timer.
I mean I right now am a level 62 and don't lose spells that often only really in war, but I am farming right now so yeah, but I don't understand why you wouldn't want this still yeah only 16,500 not a lot but honestly ,most people aren't where you at in level don't look at the people who are like addicted here and are really high level like level 90+. Its us here in town hall lvl 8 that would like this and honestly this game is all about patience upgrades take like days to complete if you can't wait like 5 mins more a week just to say ok.
