collective Clan Army camp idea

we always run into the issue of wanting to donate troops, but they specific ones we want to donate take a long time to train and i am trying to farm so i don't want to be wasting space/time training those troops.

i think it would be cool to have a collective clan army base. like a separate page where it showed an army camp from each player on one screen, and that player could fill his camp with troops that he/she wanted to donate, then whenever another clan member needed troops, they could just go to the clan army page and pick which troops from what camp. you could make it to where you could only select 5 troops from one persons army camp. and each persons army camp could only hold as many spaces as their highest camp. (so a person with all level 6 camps couldn't be putting in 200 troops to the clan army, he could only put in 50 at any given time).

because also-i am willing to donate troops, but if im not online when someone requests and i don't get there fast enough, it looks like im not donating. so this way, i could put all my troops on my donation base to show everyone that i do want to give some troops away.

also i would like to see donating troops be identified by who sent them. i will request troops, log off, then log back on and i wont have any idea who sent them. i would like to be able to see who sent me troops.

these ideas wouldn't replace the current donating process, just stack on top of it. and if supercell uses my idea, maybe throw some gems my way!? :)

Just train troops overnight! If you want to donate then train troops and stop your farming lol

This happens in my clan, we start a war in the evening, people prepare tons of wizards and other troops overnight, when they wake up they try to donate to war bases only to find everyone is full!

I'm sure we can't be the only clan this happens to :P

Sure it happens, but you should discipline the clan to not donate. Or if you want just dismiss every troop and donate the drags

That's what I'm trying to get around! If someone donates and I dismiss troops, it's literally just wasted time and elixer. I would much rather just go to a page and pick out my own troops.

If you find that someone gave you a pekka when you wanted a drag just waste it and the person who donated would have looked stupid and knows he just wasted elixir for not following simple instruction

yes the world would be better if everyone read everything and followed directions perfectly. however this is not that world.
it also gets around this problem - i will spend all night making some wizards or balloons, and when i wake up, no one will request or no one needs anything at that exact moment so i cant do anything until they request, unless i want to waste those troops. im just saying if there was a place i could put some donated troops where someone in my clan could come pick what they wanted whenever they needed it - it would save alot of headache and you wouldnt have to check the game every 30 mins.

Through deductive reasoning and sound logic, you sort of answered your own question right there.

We always have to remember that SC is in the business of making money. And there is a general trend that supports the notion that SC makes more money when players have the game open in front of them and actively playing.

What i'm getting to is that SC WANTS you to check the game every 30 minutes. There's no question that your suggestion is a good one and that players would love it, it's a matter of SC understanding that this could hurt their profits, therefore they don't want to implement it. Hopefully if there is enough fan support, SC will throw us a bone. Who knows.

This idea is ruled out by supercell, please read the stickies before posting again, please...
Also just donate archers! They take 25 seconds to train (I know, longest time ever :P) they only take one army space, and they can shoot over walls!
