Hi - for the last couple of days I'm getting repeatedly logged out of this forum first thing in the morning - after like 2 minutes. I just got really annoyed as I typed a long response to a PM and then lost the lot as I apparently wasn't logged in.
Is there something I should look for on my IE settings? It's a work computer so I can't change everything but who knows...
Tick 'Remember me' if no one in your office uses this forums.
Your typed things are not deleted. At least for me(when I had not ticked 'Remember me') I logged in again and the post was successfully posted.
Same happened with me on mozilla...i am using chrome on it there is no problem.
Yeah I am ticking Remember Me and it still boots me out a couple of times each morning.Quote:

Actually the other forum fault I meant to mention and forgot was that if I get my password wrong just once I get a message saying I have exceeded my failed login quotas and I have to wait 15 minutes before trying again.
Is it set to just 1 attempt??

What's happening is your browser is not storing the session required to keep you logged in.
Two reasons.
1. Your browser. Try a different one.
2. Session wasn't sent to your specific browser (bug). Try a different browser.
Conclusion! :D
Try a new browser.
