It's in the sticky. It banned. Perhaps, supercell can make global whitelist for chat, which would fall all former teammates, as well as specially marked players.

Sorry that's true I didn't read first but it's not a reason call someone idiot cause after this you look like one. Second thing is that the same players nick names shouldn't be a problem cause if you find someone you can always ask the person is this the one you looking for and one simple question I think is not breaking someones privacy.
