Mayonnaise Is Not An Instrument, a th9 clan wars base

I am still testing this base, and I will update when I make improvements, such as double giant bomb.

The three armys that I get attacked by in clan wars are giant healer, hogs, and dragons. I am a fan of bases that look weaker then they are, this base is supposed to make it seem like there is no hog ring, that the ads are easy to take out, and that it is easy to get giants to path to the middle and the core. The point of this in clan wars is to get the opposing clan to waste as many attacks as possible.

Giant Pathing

Normally when I try to make a base strong against giants I try to delay them by having them attack walls, but this time I decided to make them just take as long of a time to go from defense to defense as possible.

Hogs will wreck it, the guy in the pic only used 20 and I'm assuming he didn't take out the cc troops. With all the hype (aka chief pat's vids) about hogs, they are becoming more and more popular. Therefore, this isn't a great base for clan wars purely because it isn't anti-hog.

The way that I've been trying to work in the double bombs is by expanding the core by 1 or two blocks. The problem with this is that it takes too many walls, so what I'm going to try to do next is change the funnels with the cannons and the ADs/Mortars. The way I have it on my current base has double bombs, but may have broken the "ring", I'll have to wait and see.

On a side note, one of my friends who visits the forums periodically told me about how he found this thread and was wondering who would name a base this, until he saw the pic of my base.

You should fix the core. The cc is very easy to lure which is a very bad thing to have against an experienced hogger

I would say that the two ADs closest to the core break the hog ring, and in some cases can provide a path for hogs to transition towards your xbows.

Yeah I couldn't think of a name that had to do with the base so I just gave it a neither here nor there kind of name.

In the first version it doesn't but in the one with giant bombs it might, I haven't been hogged with that one yet.

I'm glad you like the base too. Sandy and her instrument was my favorite part of the episode, haha.

I just got hogged, and the ADs in the second layer do not break the pathing going counterclockwise. but I still do not know if they do going clockwise.

Haha, lol.
It is true, though, that I have an obsession with transforming TH9/10 bases to TH8 ones. :)
I'm actually awful at normal base designing. I can't come up with ideas.

Solid base, but like the other I'm not too sure if the hogs won't go into the core when getting to those ADs that are near to the middle of the base.

Not sure if it's fine...

When they get the WT on the right side, I guess they will go to the Tesla, then to the cannon and the southern AT, but wouldn't hogs then go to the AT near the CC? Because that would make the hogs get into the core as far as I can see. :o

Or wouldn't it? Would they really go the next Tesla after getting to the AT near CC?

After getting the central AT/Cannon they will most likely not go into the core. Or so I hope.

In the last war I got two starred by a mass drags attacks. If I had xbows set to air they wouldn't have gotten the th, I learned my lesson the hard way. This was with the single giant bomb version, I have since upgraded my cw base to the double giant bomb version and am still working on making the cc unlurable by hogs, which is proving to be difficult without messing up the giant pathing.
