When I first joined the forum, I was looking for individual threads and didn't like how I had to look through the general base design thread for TH7 designs when most were TH8.

That thread is a resource not a guide or strategy, that is, a reference for base designs and shows the evolution of same through the many upgrades we've had. It is much more valuable than a wb thread (no offence to Flammy).
To have the thread sub-categorized undermines the usefulness and effectiveness of the thread. Whilst I acknowledge its important to have good base design for each TH level as you play, it really doesn't matter until TH7, TH8 & TH9, however without seeing these bases in the same thread and having their attributes discussed, the resourcefulness of the thread is lost.
I did not vote as you did not have an option to sticky the original thread in general.

I agree that pedro's original "base design" thread was great, but the fact is that we are now looking at bases from a more functional pov, and old bases are not up-to-date to combat the new WB, so what you are basically praising, is the beauty and aesthetics of the base design, which seem to me that it should be a sticky in the creativity sub forum.
