Due to the problem of hoppers, I thought maybe it would be just a suggestion to maybe make it so when you leave a clan, there's a waiting period in which the person must wait before joining a new one, this way clan hopping becomes harder to do and motivates less to do so.
Hoppers are great they go around giving out free experience points

also, its a good way of finding out if you like a clan other then the guy that recruited you and the clan desc. think this way, if you join a clan they offer you troops, you request, and they give you wall bombers, your gonna leave, and you don't want to be locked out of new clans
