Clan Member should have permission to help out another persons base changing

There should be a tap when clicking on someone profile to help them out and then you can send a request to someone who you want to help and they then accept the request then another person can help redo someone base and finally the person can overlook the redone base and accept it or deny it or even make a few more changes then to accept it

I have come across with the problem as I have tried many times to tell them by writing to make a change but it is very hard for them understand and also if supercell feel too many complaints happen make it so that only co-leaders can redo peoples base or just elders
