What should I upgrade my order?

Hello there, I've been wondering what should I upgrade. here are my stats right now

Town hall: 7
Walls: All level 6
Archer towers: 1 level 8, rest level 7
cannons: 2 level 8, 3 level 7
Wizards towers: both level 3
mortars: All level 4
Giant bombs level 2
Air defense: Both level 3
Gold storage: one level 10 (1.5 million)
Elixir storage: Both level 9 (1 million)
Barracks: Highest level 8 (healer)
Collectors and mines: All level 9-10

So, I was just wondering what should i upgrade next, and what order should I do. Is getting dragon very important, for attacking like in clan wars. or to improve defenses, to maintain gold 3 without worrying I'll get demoted. So I was just wondering if i can get good advice from others. Thank you :)

I'm currently level 52

I'd go with upgrading Mortars to level 5 as a priority and then go from there as you deem fit. Dragons aren't worthwhile at your town hall level. They're too expensive to use and take too long to brew but if you find it hard to 2-3 star opponents in cwars, then squeeze it in for upgrading. Although I'd still leave it for last.
