It depends on a few different variables, such as how busy you keep your builders and how much you donate. For example I think of myself as a fairly average player and I'm level 98 at one year in. My builders aren't as busy as they should be. :p

Around 7-8 months with average 3 k donations per season. 6 months if more.
I made it in around 1 year donating normally
I've been playing since october and just hit 91 today so recon it will take ma about a month more with the 5 builders going at it constantly. so about 9 maybe a bit more.
