resource donations for clan members

I would love to be able to donate gold and elixir to clan members, either a limited amount each day (I.e: 30000 a day), or even better, you should allow clan members to donate to a clan bank which can be used by leaders to unlock perks, for example reduced build times/faster army spawn time, production boosts, or increased loot percentages, reduced cooldowns for BK or AQ. Clan members could decide which perks to purchase and this would definately encourage more community and clan engagement!!
