Can't use cinema, diner or bed and breakfast

I posted before when my bed & breakfast stopped working after a neighbourhood friend picked up visitors from my town. Another NH friend has done the same today & now my diner and cinema wont work either. The NH player's icon is stuck to the buildings (& not the train platform where their reputation points usually go) and nothing happens if I tap on them. I cant open the buildings, nor can i send visitors there because all these buildings are full of trapped visitors!
Can anyone confirm whether this is an issue that is known to the HayDay techies and whether they are doing something about it? I've basically been unable to use my town for over a week now.

Well it is a known issue to Players and a few mods. No official word from SC acknowledging the issue.

You can access the trapped people by clicking on the Town Hall. If you can't click on the people to rescue your rewards, then move the building, then exit the TOWN, then re-enter. The visitors will be standing away from the NH icon of the person that picked them up.

I thought this had sorted me out with a way around the problem but I can't get rewards from the diner. Weird! I followed your instructions & got the rewards from the b&b and cinema but it now won't work! Grrrrrrr... I hope they sort this out soon! Thank you again though!

Just had the same issue, 2 pickups were blocking B and B after i exited town and re entered i was able to click one of them, the work around worked for the other that was stuck. It has been there an hour now even after someone else took additional townies

Sometimes you need to fiddle with moving the building, then exiting the town, re-entering. etc. I've been able to unstick all my town people. Even though I'm getting more and more avatars blocking the way. :) Try rotating the building as well.
You just need to be able to click a little piece of the person to collect the reward to get them to leave.

This assumes there is not another error creating havoc mind you :)

Mine is doing the same thing !

The update must have fixed the issue (I'm assuming) this morning my visitor was unstuck after fiddling all night
