No because there will be lots of clans with the same number of wins and how would you determine who comes first?

well to be fair, there are lots of people with the same number of trophies but they still have a top 100 list. I guess it would go by number of wars won, then wins vs losses, then by the margin of those wins. Those 3 sub numbers could be put together in some fashion to determine the top CW clans, much like top players/clans are determined by more than one factor.
