Lost Account

I have purchased a new device to play clash of clans on and when I was trying to link the devices so I could get I coc account onto the old device instead it put my new coc village onto both devices and now I don't know how to get my old coc account back? I have emailed the coc player help but it said I only needed to include my lost village and not the new one. Is there anything I can do in the meantime i sent the recovery request on the 24th of May and was wondering when it will be possible to get my account back? Thanks for your help.

Is it linked to G+/Gamecenter?

If you didn't link the old one then it won't be able to be linked to the new device, sorry :(

If you didn't link your old account with Game Center or G+ then it's impossible to retrieve it on another phone..

It may have been linked to one of those but I'm not sure, I linked it to Facebook too

Well if it was linked sign into the Game Center/G+ account it was linked to on the phone. It should then automatically load up your old account
